The Sterling Collection at Silverleaf
One of the largest luxury condominium projects in the Southwestern United States is set to launch sales in November.
The Sterling Collection at Silverleaf will be an ultra-high end community using LEED-certified building techniques, concierge services, and luxury amenities and finishes. The development price tag is slated at $350 million.
213 units continue the red-hot trend of high-density, low-maintenance living and will start in the low $1,000,000’s. Unit sizes will range from 1,600 to 3,400 square feet. 2,500 square foot penthouses will finish off the five 4-story buildings.
Amenities and features include private elevators, robotic valet parking (yes, robotic valet parking), Calcutta marble countertops, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliance packages, 11 foot ceiling heights, LED lighting, large terraces, and custom cabinetry throughout the units. Lighting, audio, video, security and window coverings will be controlled via home automation systems.

Applications now open for Exterior Rehabilitation Program for homeowners in Historic Districts
City council has budgeted funds specifically to assist homeowners in the historic districts of Village Grove 1-6, Town and Country Scottsdale, and Villa Monterey Units 1-7.
Preservation guidelines are available or each neighborhood to assist in plans for repairs, additions, or alterations that are appropriate for each historic neighborhood. 50% of the total cost – up to $7,500 – is available for those projects selected. To learn more, click here.
