4141 N SCOTTSDALE RD OFFICE BUILDING SELLS FOR $34.5 MILLION
Chalking up another real estate win for Old Town Scottsdale, 4141 N Scottsdale Holdings LLC completed the purchase of 4141 N Scottsdale Road for $34.5 million.
As more companies and small businesses look to add walkable areas as requirements for their leased office space, 4141 N Scottsdale Road offers Class-A space in the middle of Old Town Scottsdale, at the northeast corner of Scottsdale and Indian School Roads.
The three-story, 147,356 square foot building is 91% leased and was renovated in 2013.
South and Central Scottsdale office, retail, and hotel is making a strong rebound. This sale comes on the heels of last month’s Chaparral Suites ($34 million) and Kierland II ($49.15 million) sales.
