SoHo Scottsdale Developed eyed for 92nd Street and Bahia Drive

SoHo (Small Office, Home Office) Scottsdale has been proposed by Catclar Investments to include 64 loft-style townhouses and condominiums above retail and office space. An additional four-story building with 14 condominium units, promoting a “live-work-play” environment, is also part of the proposal.

Interestingly, in exchange for the additional height the developer is pledging more than $850,000 toward WestWorld of Scottsdale improvements.

Amenities and features include rooftop studios, atrium courtyards, ground floor retail and office space, and collaborative space.

This project is currently in a poposal stage and a request for zoning change, with plenty of opposition.

Bing Hu is the architect. Story can be found here. Proposal to the City of Scottsdale, here.
