Spring is in full swing in Scottsdale! Of course there is world-glass golf, the best resorts in the Southwestern US, and the see-and-be-seen scene that is normal to the area. There are plenty of Scottsdale Signature Events April 2013, including Arizona Bike Week, the Scottsdale Culinary Festival, ArtBites Artwalk, and the Region 7 Championship Horse Show.
Arizona Bike Week is held April 5-14 at various locations in Scottsdale. Pre-rally days are the 5th through the 9th, with Cyclefest at Westworld from the 10th through the 14th.
Pre-rally days include events at The Hideaway Grill, Baseline Sports Bar, Cave Creek Tap Haus, Great White & Slaughter at Chester’s Harley-Davidson of Mesa, Autism benefit at Independent Motorcycles of Chandler, Greasewood Flat Music Festival, Leather and Luck Poker Tournament and Biker Blackjack Tournament at Fort McDowell Casino, Chopper John’s, and Dirty Dogg Saloon.
The Cyclefest at Westworld of Scottsdale part of the week includes the Buddy Stubbs Harley-Davidson charity event, Peace Out Prostate Cancer Ride, Hawg Wild, FMX Extreme Motocross stunt shows, and so much more.
The Scottsdale Culinary Festival is the longest-running event of it’s kind in the country. 6 days, 10 events, and 40,000+ people will be on hand for this year’s installment of one of the greatest of all Scottsdale events. Starting on April 9, events include the Shaken & Stirred Party, Chocolate & Wine Party, Bubbles & BlissBurger Battle, and the Eat, Drink and Be Pretty Party. The Great Arizona Picnic kicks off Saturday the 13th into Sunday the 14th.

The Region 7 Championship Horse Show will bring some of the most amazing Arabian horses to WestWorld of Scottsdale April 23-28. ASHO4U Pre-Show will be held on the 23rd and 24th, with the Region 7 Championships starting the 25th. Schedule and all info is available on the Arabian Horse Association Region 7’s website.
There are also plenty of smaller events, art shows, and musical acts throughout Scottsdale and Metro Phoenix. The weather’s great, people are visiting, so get out and enjoy!
